Kate Doerge serves as our Senior Vice President, Head of Marketing, overseeing marketing and communications. Ms. Doerge’s responsibilities include overseeing advertising, PR, digital media and content development. She launched the firm’s inaugural ESG report, contributing to increased ratings, and is currently a member of the ESG Advisory Council. Ms. Doerge was instrumental in building awareness of the firm’s central role in the revitalization of Asbury Park, NJ. She brought legendary singer Bruce Springsteen on board for the opening of Asbury Lanes, which secured over 1 billion media impressions. In 2020, record-breaking sales at the Asbury Ocean Club included the first-ever $6 million penthouse sold in the city. Ms. Doerge joined the company in 2017 after more than 20 years as a Partner at Paul Wilmot Communications, a premier consumer and lifestyle public relations firm. During her tenure, she was responsible for launching and growing a range of luxury and lifestyle brands (including H&M, Tag Heuer, Kate Spade and MAC Cosmetics). Ms. Doerge graduated with Honors from Hamilton College in both Communications and Art History.
